Project Status:
ON TRACK
TPD delivered workflows, standardized intake form and roles on May 18th.Requirements sessions in progress and expected to finish first week of June. User stories and data dictionary in process and expected finish June 5th.
Detailed specifications for formal review and sign-off are expected 2nd week of June with a 10-day review/approval period.
End-to-end full project schedule & WBS draft complete and will be reviewed in the May 27th weekly meeting.
Phase 1 Discovery, Design, and Planning project documentation are 8 of 17 complete and on track for end of month.
